Fraser Kelly was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a marketing degree. Fraser's career includes retail management in Memphis, a stint with Neiman Marcus headquarters in Dallas, TX, and a position as Director of Sales and Marketing for an art gallery in Taos, New Mexico. Fraser met her husband, Ken, in Taos, who works in real estate sales for golf course developments. Ken's career brought their family to North Carolina 15 years ago and to Edenton in 2004. Fraser decided to venture in to the real estate business she'd become so familiar with, and joined Perry & Co. Sotheby's International Realty in 2008. Fraser offers a unique and valuable perspective as a newer resident of Edenton. She can share firsthand how warm and welcoming the area is to newcomers, and has real insight on ways to become an integral part of our community. Fraser is friendly and outgoing, and has the ability to make both buyers and sellers feel comfortable during the buying and selling process. She is well attuned to the needs and expectations of her clients, and will work tirelessly on their behalf. Having relocated several times herself, she knows well the importance of finding an understanding and competent individual to assist you through the process. Fraser jumped into the Edenton community with both feet, currently serving her second term on the Board of the Chowan Arts Council and as an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she served as president of the Episcopal Churchwomen.
