Roughly twenty minutes away from both Granby and Grand Lake you can get the best of both towns. The western side of the neighborhood has beautiful views of both the meadows and the mountains. About two hours away from Denver and twenty minutes from the two nearest towns there are few distractions in Trail Creek Estates. Beautiful aspens surround the area as well as plenty of wildlife. Breathtaking views are in every direction you look. Dirt roads will take you home to a happy and welcoming house with no distraction from the highway or any other traffic other than your fellow neighbors. Trail Creek Estates is a truly unique place in Grand County and certainly a great place to live. One of the most popular things that make Trail Creek Estates stand alone is the access to snowmobile, hike, and bike trails within the Arapahoe National Forest, which is located less than 2 miles from the homes.

If you want to hit the slopes you can easily drive to Granby Ranch located about twenty minutes away or you can go to the famous Winter Park Ski Resort located about forty-five minutes away. If you want something a little bit closer to Grand Lake, you can snowmobile up in the mountains for an amazing adventure. Miles of trails are waiting to be explored. You can also go fishing in the Summer or Winter on Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, or Lake Granby.
